NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Lori Ann Long, President of Community Association Underwriters (CAU), an Alliant company, has been inducted into the Insurance Business America (IBA) 2021 Hall of Fame. This honor places Long among a group of dedicated and inspiring leaders across the insurance industry.

The Fourth Annual Hall of Fame Awards named 26 new members this year, celebrating the lifetime work of these remarkable experts in the insurance industry, all of whom have more than 35 years of experience.

“It is an honor to celebrate Lori’s leadership and accomplishments, as she is an insightful leader who consistently brings innovation and results to CAU,” said Sean McConlogue, President, Alliant Underwriting Solutions. “Lori’s dedication to her clients and her company has allowed for tremendous growth and expansion while earning the trust of a large, national client base.”

CAU provides insurance for community associations throughout the U.S. Long is a celebrated leader who has been in the insurance industry for 38 years, and since joining CAU in 1993, has helped grow the organization from a $2 million company to a $220 million enterprise. In 2020, she presided over a record year of 12% growth and has overseen further growth and expansion throughout 2021.

An independent judging panel of industry leaders and previous Hall of Fame inductees selected the 2021 IBA Hall of Fame members. IBA determined the final list of inductees based on recommendations from an advisory panel, external nominations, and candidates’ industry achievements and contributions during their time in the industry.
