Aaisha Hamid, Alliant’s Assistant Vice President and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager, was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Washington, DC Women We Admire, which honors trailblazing women who dedicate themselves to improving society and the organizations they serve. Aaisha is a global diversity professional with extensive experience designing and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. She has traveled locally, nationally, and internationally to speak on a breadth of topics ranging from DE&I best practices and issues impacting underrepresented professionals in the workforce, to addressing culture and religion in contemporary society.
