Kelley Shaw Joins Alliant Employee Benefits, Will Service Diverse Southeast Client Base

Shaw highly regarded for helping HR teams, business owners, and employees to control costs and enhance wellness

IRVINE, CA — Kelley Shaw has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The Jacksonville, Florida-based benefits consultant will service a diverse client base across the Southeast, delivering solutions that help employers control costs while enhancing employee wellness.

An accomplished insurance consultant, public speaker, and university lecturer, Shaw joins Alliant with a diverse background that includes relationship management, strategic partnership development, mental and behavioral health management, health strategy, and population health management.

Prior to joining Alliant, Shaw was a Client Executive with a national insurance and risk management consulting firm, where she designed and delivered highly competitive and strategic employee benefits solutions to clients across the U.S.

Shaw holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications with an emphasis on rhetoric and theory from Colorado State University. She is also a frequent lecturer at the University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business.
