Employee Resource Groups

Provide educational opportunities for all employees to raise awareness of the LGBTQ community, celebrate the many achievements of the LGBTQ community, and create opportunities for companywide involvement in LGBTQ initiatives.

Serve as a strategic partner with Alliant to further the mission of promoting a culture of belonging and inclusion through continual learning while advancing the understanding and inclusion of employees with a common background and a shared set of interests and/or goals.

Provide an environment that nurtures relationships and engages our colleagues and community to have greater awareness and understanding of the diverse and varied ethnicities, languages, and cultures AAPI encompass.

Build a community; raise awareness and education around the racial inequalities confronting the Black community; act as a catalyst to advance and inform Alliant’s belonging and inclusion initiatives; and provide opportunities for personal and professional development.

Empower employees and their families as they face the challenges of cancer by increasing awareness and availability of resources and education, as well as providing support through mentorship and an online, on-demand community.

Showcase veteran talents, customs, traditions, and culture; share military experiences and inform those with questions and curiosities; and lead others in inclusivity through examples from our past service in uniform and our present dedication to service across Alliant.

Reduce religious bias and discrimination by celebrating all religions while connecting with each other over religious beliefs to help broaden awareness, encourage acceptance, and promote respectful communication about all religious diversities and practices.

Create a community of mentorship, leadership, and career development for women at Alliant, enabling  women to form relationships, access resources, and advance their careers through networking, attendance at guest speaker events and workshops, and other similar activities.
