Alliant is proud to support ACE Mentor Program of America, a non-profit organization whose mission is to engage, excite and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in architecture, construction and engineering through mentoring and continued support for their advancement into the industry.
Michael Cusack, Executive Vice President, Alliant Specialty, is an ACE mentor and serves on the organization’s board of directors as well as its Advancement Committee to the insurance industry.

ACE Mentor Day of Action
On ACE Mentor Day of Action, October 18, 2024, taking place during Construction Inclusion Week, Alliant joins ACE in inviting new faces to join the over 10,000 students and 4,000 mentors who are making a difference in shaping the future of the industry.
Nationwide support of the ACE Mentor Program helps to offer life-changing workforce development and career programs to students at no cost, by connecting them with experts from the architecture, construction and engineering industries. ACE awards scholarships to help fund their college educations around dedicated curriculum for architecture, construction and engineering.
