Adriana Courts Joins Alliant Retirement Consulting

Retirement plan expert has deep experience in plan design, fiduciary governance, and participant engagement

IRVINE, CA — Adriana Courts has joined Alliant Retirement Consulting, a division of Alliant Insurance Services, as Vice President. Courts will focus on delivering customized retirement plan strategies to a diverse client base throughout the Pacific Northwest, helping organizations strengthen their programs and improve participant outcomes.

Courts’ expertise spans all aspects of retirement consulting, including plan strategy and design, fiduciary governance, investment oversight, and recordkeeper management. She has extensive experience managing plan conversions and end-to-end RFPs, as well as developing segmented, multi-channel participant communication strategies that drive engagement and financial wellness. Her approach emphasizes clarity, cultural alignment, and measurable outcomes that enhance both organizational performance and employee confidence in retirement readiness.

Prior to joining Alliant, Courts was Director, Retirement Solutions with a Seattle-based insurance brokerage and consulting firm. She also has experience supporting business owners and families in achieving their broader wealth management goals.

Courts holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, a life insurance license, and multiple professional designations, including Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), and Nonqualified Plan Consultant (NQPC). She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of San Diego.
