NEWPORT BEACH, CA — In a move that further strengthens the company’s middle-market presence, Alliant has acquired Northern California-based ASURA Risk. The acquisition brings an extensive portfolio of property and casualty, employee benefits, and risk management solutions under the Alliant banner.
