Alliant Continues to Grow Minneapolis Benefits Team, Hiring Carrie Hansen

IRVINE, CA — Alliant Insurance Services continues to add top-tier talent to its Minneapolis team, hiring Carrie Hansen as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Hansen will service a growing client base in the Midwest region, executing strategies and solutions that drive development, efficiency, and process improvement for employers.

With more than 15 years of employee benefits experience, Hansen specializes in executive consultation that drives workforce performance and process improvement through resource utilization, strategic planning, project management, and data analysis. She joins Alliant with a diverse background encompassing employee benefits consulting, business analysis, and executive search.

Prior to joining Alliant, Hansen was an Associate with one of Minnesota’s leading executive search firms following an extensive career as a senior employee benefits consultant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and leadership from The University of St. Thomas’ Opus College of Business and is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Basics.
