IRVINE, CA — Alliant Human Capital is proud to announce the appointment of Mike Chalmers as Senior Vice President and Director of Total Rewards Consulting. In this role, Chalmers will drive the expansion and innovation of Alliant Human Capital, a division of Alliant Insurance Services, further enhancing the Employee Benefits Group’s capabilities across regions and reinforcing Alliant’s commitment to optimizing workforce potential and driving business performance.

A seasoned HR executive and business leader, Chalmers brings a strong track record of driving transformation. He has led major initiatives at multiple Fortune 500 companies, advised private and public firms, and delivered strategic solutions across industries. His expertise spans M&A integration, international expansion, restructuring, and organizational design, key areas that will fuel Alliant Human Capital’s continued growth.

Chalmers earned his law degree at the University of Missouri–Columbia and holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from William Jewell College.
