IRVINE, CA — Barrett Esarey has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Los Angeles, he will serve a national client base, helping employers develop strategic benefits programs that address evolving workforce needs and support long-term business objectives.

He has extensive experience helping organizations navigate benefits strategy while building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders. Known for his relationship-driven approach, Esarey combines industry knowledge, strategic guidance, and a strong understanding of client needs to deliver tailored solutions that fit employers’ needs.

Prior to joining Alliant, Esarey was a Business Consultant with a national employee benefits and HR consulting firm, where he focused on client acquisition and management, primarily within the technology sector.
