Alliant Insurance Services Adds Brian Minkler to Employee Benefits Team

Minkler brings extensive experience in human capital, employee benefits, and total rewards strategies

IRVINE, CA — Brian Minkler has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group, bringing more than a decade of experience helping organizations optimize their human capital, employee benefits, and total rewards strategies.

“Brian has a strong track record of helping organizations align their benefits and total rewards strategies with broader business goals,” said Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits. “His ability to balance workforce needs with organizational priorities will help clients create programs that support growth, engagement, and long-term success.”

Minkler’s background includes advising venture-backed, private equity-backed, and high-growth companies on compensation, benefits, and retirement strategies, as well as guiding employers on workforce management, payroll, compliance, and employee experience initiatives. He works closely with clients to develop benefits programs that align with organizational goals, budgets, and company culture while supporting employee attraction, retention, and engagement.

Prior to joining Alliant, Minkler served as a Compensation Advisory Consultant with a national employee benefits consulting firm. He also held leadership roles with one of the world’s largest human resources services organizations. Minkler earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University.
