Alliant Insurance Services Appoints Michael Cusack as President, Alliant Property & Casualty

Surety and construction insurance executive previously served as Head of Alliant Specialty, overseeing the firm’s 16 industry verticals

IRVINE, CA — Alliant Insurance Services announces Michael J. Cusack has been appointed President, Alliant Property & Casualty (P&C). Cusack previously served as head of Alliant Specialty, responsible for overseeing 16 industry verticals and expanding Alliant’s specialty business across the U.S. In his new leadership position, Cusack will manage the firm’s $2.3 billion P&C operation, driving continued collaboration, record growth and operational excellence.

Cusack is a highly respected leader with more than 35 years of industry experience, recognized as one of the nation’s leading executives in surety and construction insurance. He has extensive background in underwriting, account leadership and brokering some of the largest and most complex surety programs in the nation, as well as a track record of attracting and developing industry-leading broker talent. Cusack played a pivotal role in forming Alliant Construction, now the largest construction brokerage operation in the country.
