Alliant Insurance Services’ Employee Benefits Practice Welcomes Producer Lori Crandall

Strong negotiator with legislative expertise bolsters Alliant’s presence in the Southwest region

IRVINE, CA — Lori Crandall has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. In her new role, Crandall will be instrumental in supporting clients in the Southwest and Western regions, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and expertise.

Whether it involves enhancing employee comprehension of their benefits or collaborating with CFOs on fiscal strategies, compliance, or experiential matters, she devises effective solutions that not only achieve corporate financial objectives but also prioritize employee welfare,” said Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits.

Crandall brings a unique set of skills and experience to her role. Her expertise lies in mid-market clients, alternative funding, strategic planning, clinical/population health management, contract analysis, communication, and compliance. She is known for her ability to bring fresh ideas to her clients, enabling them to maximize their employee benefits, financial performance, and employee experience.

Before joining Alliant, Crandall was a Senior Vice President at a large national brokerage for 21 years, served on the National Legislative Council for the National Association of Insurance & Benefits Professionals (NABIP), and presided as The PAC chair for NABIP’s Arizona chapter. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh. Crandall currently serves as Vice President of the PAC for NABIP and is the head of the governance committee for Feeding Matters (a non-profit focused on pediatric feeding disorders).
