Skilled benefits advisor enhances Alliant’s employee engagement capabilities in Ohio market
IRVINE, CA — Brad Heter has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President, Producer within its Employee Benefits Group. With more than 20 years of experience as an employee benefits advisor, Heter will bring his extensive expertise in benefits strategy to Alliant’s Midwest region.

Heter is a long-time professional in the employee benefits industry, specializing in the implementation of strategies to manage the risks associated with health plans. His work ensures the sustainability of employers' benefits offerings, making them competitive in today’s job market. He is also known for developing comprehensive communication plans that enhance employees' understanding and appreciation of their benefits packages.

Heter holds a degree from Terra State Community College, where he graduated magna cum laude. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2009 and has been an active participant on the board of St. Joseph’s Home since 2022.
