Alliant has acquired McAfee Insurance Agency in Mercedes, a leading insurance service provider in East Texas. Alliant Transportation continues its expansion strategy in Texas, specializing in cross-border transportation risk and integrating technology-based solutions with risk management strategies to ensure improved risk outcomes and measurable success in complex markets.

Alongside the acquisitions, Alliant strengthens its regional expertise, hiring Nader Dabboussi in Dallas and Jordan Lewis in McAllen. Dabboussi has 20+ years’ risk management experience in the challenging cross-border public transportation sector. Lewis specializes in delivering comprehensive insurance and risk solutions designed specifically for trucking and transportation companies operating throughout the South Texas and cross-border territories.
