Independent survey by Forbes and Statista, Inc. places Alliant among the nation’s top large employers

IRVINE, CA — Alliant Insurance Services has once again been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers. This recognition places the firm among the nation’s top companies in terms of employee satisfaction and public perception based on a survey conducted by Forbes and Statista, Inc.

“Alliant’s culture is defined and driven by our outstanding, dedicated people. We’re proud of the entrepreneurial environment we’ve built—one where excellence thrives and employees are empowered, recognized, and given the resources they need to succeed,” said Greg Zimmer, CEO of Alliant. “This recognition by Forbes reflects our ongoing commitment to combining purposeful growth with a dynamic culture fueled by collaboration and results.”

With $5.1 billion in revenue and more than $47 billion in premium, Alliant is among the nation’s largest and fastest-growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms. The company, which employs more than 14,000 people in North America, is currently in the midst of a significant expansion fueled by organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and the recruitment of top talent in insurance brokerage, employee benefits, underwriting, and direct-to-consumer programs.

Forbes and Statista selected America’s Best Employers 2026 through an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 217,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. More than 3.5 million employer evaluations were considered. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry), with a much higher weighting for personal evaluations.
