IRVINE, CA — Jennifer Bryson has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group, based in Dallas, Texas. She will work with employers to develop strategic health and welfare solutions while building long-term relationships and connecting clients with the resources needed to address evolving benefits challenges.

Bryson brings more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits, health and welfare consulting, business development, and client relationship management. Her background includes employee benefits strategy, large-employer health and welfare programs, retiree health, and complex benefits consulting. A proven sales leader, mentor, and coach, Bryson is known for identifying growth opportunities, developing lasting client relationships, and helping teams translate client needs into effective solutions.

Prior to joining Alliant, Bryson was a senior principal with a global insurance and employee benefits consulting firm.
