McCarter joins Alliant with extensive experience in the voluntary benefits space
IRVINE, CA — Denver-based Rachel McCarter has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. In this role, she will partner with a diverse client base to develop and implement strategic benefits solutions that drive value and enhance employee engagement.

McCarter brings a unique blend of experience from both the carrier and consulting sides of the business, enabling her to deliver thoughtful, results-driven benefits strategies. With a depth of experience in voluntary and executive benefits, McCarter has worked with clients across a range of industries and geographic markets as a consultant and business development leader.
Prior to joining Alliant, McCarter was a Senior Principal with a global employee benefits consulting firm, where she led business development for voluntary benefits across the West and Central regions.
McCarter earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Alabama and holds Group Benefit Disability Specialist (GBDS) and Voluntary Benefit Specialist (VBS) certifications.
