Alliant Insurance Services Welcomes Terry Cox to Employee Benefits Team

Austin-based producer adds deep expertise in provider, payer, and consulting roles

IRVINE, CA — Veteran benefits consultant Terry Cox has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Austin, Texas, Cox will serve a national client base, bringing more than three decades of experience as a provider, payer, and consultant in the health and benefits industry.

Throughout his career, Cox has worked with organizations across a range of industries and sizes to control costs, improve workforce health, and enhance employee engagement. His expertise spans benefits strategy, business development, account oversight, and long-term relationship management with HR, finance, and executive leaders. He is experienced in designing new and innovative approaches that generate bottom-line savings while supporting organizational goals.

Prior to joining Alliant, Cox was Senior Principal and Sales Consultant with a global employee benefits consulting firm. He holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Abilene Christian University and is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health with the Texas Department of Insurance. He has served as a board member for the Central Texas Compensation and Benefits Association.
