In her new position, she will work closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen talent development across the private client division. With a focus on cultivating future industry leaders, she will help mentor emerging professionals, share her deep industry knowledge, and design initiatives to build and sustain the firm’s long-term leadership pipeline.
