IRVINE, CA — Amy Miller has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Assistant Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The Austin, Texas-based consultant will partner with clients across a breadth of industries to deliver strategic, data-driven PEO advisory solutions that align workforce needs with long-term business objectives.

She has a deep knowledge of PEO structures and broker channel development, enabling her to help clients evaluate organizational needs and implement data-driven recommendations that enhance both operational efficiency and employee experience. Miller has also advised employers on benefits strategy, funding approaches, and administrative optimization, spanning fully insured and self-funded plans, ancillary offerings, and customized solutions.
