IRVINE, CA — Alliant Insurance Services welcomes Brandon Rice as a Vice President for its Employee Benefits Group. With more than 23 years of experience in the employee benefits consulting industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to serve his clients.
Rice leverages advanced analytics and demographics with an in‑depth knowledge of benchmarks, best practices, vendor capabilities, and industry insights to optimize benefit offerings, providing clients with data-driven strategies to enhance their employee benefits programs.

His impressive career includes more than 18 years in various sales leadership roles at a national broker. Rice’s academic achievements include graduating Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor of arts in organizational communication from Saint Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. He also holds a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
