Danny Reeder Joins Alliant Employee Benefits as Vice President

Utah-based benefits consultant has expertise in self-funding, cost containment, and strategic plan design
IRVINE, CA — Danny Reeder has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Utah, Reeder will leverage his expertise in self-funding, cost containment, and plan optimization to help employers navigate the complexities of employee benefits and health insurance.

Reeder has more than 13 years of leadership experience in executive consulting, account management, and benefits strategy. His background includes a strong focus on self-funded plan design, carrier negotiations, and cost-containment strategies that help employers reduce healthcare costs while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
Prior to joining Alliant, Reeder was a sales executive with a Utah-based employee benefits and consulting firm. He also has experience in the health and wellness industry, having held a vice president role with a Utah-based distributor and founding his own health and wellness brand.
Reeder earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Westminster College.
