IRVINE, CA — Alliant Insurance Services has added David Roach as Vice President to its Employee Benefits Group in the Midwest. Based in Minneapolis and supporting clients across the country, Roach will work to design and implement comprehensive employee benefits programs that meet the growing and evolving needs of today’s business environment.

Roach joins Alliant with more than 15 years of benefit, insurance, and business development experience across a range of organizations and clients. He specializes in building capital-efficient employer-sponsored health plans with a focus on self-funded, unburdened self-funded, stop loss, and pharmacy.

Prior to joining Alliant, Roach was with a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
