Eric Ramos Joins Alliant Insurance Services’ Tribal First Team in Sacramento

IRVINE, CA — Eric Ramos has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President with Tribal First, a division of Alliant Underwriting Solutions. Tribal First is a specialized program focused exclusively on meeting the insurance and risk management needs of tribal governments and enterprises.

Based in Sacramento, California, Ramos has more than 20 years in the insurance industry, specializing in serving Native American clients, particularly tribal governments. With a focus on building economic enterprises that improve the lives of tribal citizens, Ramos has experience crafting tailored insurance and strategic solutions that reduce a range of business risks for his clients. His expertise extends to mitigating risks and exposures unique to tribal entities.

Prior to joining Tribal First, Ramos held various leadership roles, including as President and CEO of an insurance firm and as National Tribal Property Casualty Practice Leader at one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Humboldt State University in Arcata, California, for which he formerly served as a board member of the HSU Foundation. An enrolled member of the Blue Lake Rancheria Tribe, Ramos is also actively involved with several Native American industry-related associations.
