Faby Jauregui Joins Alliant Insurance Services’ Employee Benefits Team

IRVINE, CA — Faby Jauregui has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in San Francisco, Jauregui brings nearly two decades of experience in employee benefits and healthcare consulting with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions that drive long-term organizational success.

Jauregui specializes in designing benefits strategies that balance fiscal responsibility with innovation, helping organizations attract top talent and foster inclusive cultures. Her areas of focus include business development, cost containment, population health, and value-based healthcare. She has deep experience advising hospitals, health systems, physician provider groups, and Managed Service Organizations (MSOs) and is known for cultivating trusted partnerships from the end user to the C-suite.
Prior to joining Alliant, Jauregui served as Vice President of Sales at a healthcare revenue cycle technology firm, where she led initiatives to improve client margins by streamlining workflows and reducing administrative burden. She began at one of the nation’s largest healthcare plans, where she completed the Group School Program and built a foundation in benefits design, client service, and cost strategy.
Jauregui earned a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Mary’s College. She holds Life & Health insurance licenses and is actively involved in the community, serving on the parent board at St. Francis of Assisi School and supporting military family nonprofits.
