Healthcare Analytics Expert, FSA, Reid Kinney Joins Alliant Insurance Services in Dallas

Kinney will provide a range of analytics-driven and value-based risk management solutions for the healthcare delivery market

IRVINE, CA — Reid Kinney has joined the Employee Benefits Group of Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President, Value Based Solutions. Based in Dallas, Kinney will provide a range of analytics-driven and value-based risk management solutions for the healthcare delivery market.

“Reid’s capacity for deep analytical analysis and complex computation adds additional strength to our team,” said Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits. “He’s able to look past the numbers and clearly see the complex challenges facing his clients, and then craft solutions that work for both businesses and employees.”

Kinney is a health actuary and analytics expert who has developed strong relationships with a broad spectrum of health plans, provider groups, and health systems over his 20+ years in the industry. Prior to joining Alliant, Kinney was a Senior Vice President and Consulting Actuary for a global insurance, risk management, and consulting firm. He has extensive experience on the carrier side of the business (pricing, underwriting, and valuation) and as a mathematics educator.

Kinney is a Fellow with the Society of Actuaries and holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Boston University and a master’s degree in education from Harvard University.
