Jason Bertoldi, Global Team Leader, Alliant Litigation & Contingent Risk Insurance, specializes in structuring innovative contingent risk insurance solutions that transfer risk and unlock value across the full spectrum of legal and regulatory risks, including intellectual property, mass torts and antitrust litigation. As an industry leader in litigation insurance, Bertoldi has helped litigants, law firms, litigation funders and private equity clients obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in financing by developing transactions that strategically incorporate insurance policies as investment collateral. Fischer is passionate about advancing women and underrepresented populations in the insurance industry and holds leadership roles across several New York trade associations to further this aim, including the Women Builders Council, Professional Women in Construction and Subcontractors Trade Association.
