Jeff Black Joins Alliant Insurance Services’ Midwest Employee Benefits Team

Veteran consultant brings extensive experience in human capital, total rewards, and mergers and acquisitions

IRVINE, CA — Jeff Black has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The Chicago-based consultant will advise a diverse portfolio of clients on human capital and benefits strategies designed to support growth, organizational transformation, and critical business initiatives.

Black brings more than 30 years of experience advising organizations on human capital, total rewards, and mergers and acquisitions. His background includes designing and developing integrated benefits programs, with a focus on strategy development, program design and implementation, vendor negotiations, data analysis, and consultation with finance and HR leaders. Black helps organizations translate strategic priorities into practical benefits programs that support both financial and workforce objectives.

Prior to joining Alliant, Black was a partner with a global employee benefits consulting firm, where he held various leadership positions in both health and M&A advisory areas.
