Based in Seattle, Ausink will serve a diverse national client base, delivering innovative benefits solutions that align organizational goals with employee needs.

Ausink takes a consultative approach, using data, creativity, and collaboration to deliver strategies that align benefits solutions with business objectives. Throughout her career, she has partnered with brokers, consultants, and HR leaders to design programs that improve both organizational performance and employee wellbeing.
