IRVINE, CA — Mark Petruziello has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in California, he will work with clients across the West Region. Petruziello brings more than a decade of experience in strategic consulting, focusing on HR and benefits solutions for mid-market organizations. His expertise in benefit optimization, technology-driven process improvements, and workforce strategies will further enhance Alliant’s ability to deliver tailored solutions to its clients.

Petruziello has a proven track record of advising C-level executives and creating innovative strategies that address critical challenges in healthcare, financial security, and employee development. His background in building strong referral networks and leveraging technology to improve processes makes him a valuable addition to Alliant’s team.
