IRVINE, CA — Noah Molnar, co-founder of Property Owners Protection Insurance Company (POPIC), has been honored as a 2024 Rising Star by Insurance Business America. The 33-year-old executive was recognized for his excellence in management and innovation, overseeing a national captive program that manages more than 120 captives encompassing 2 million-plus units. POPIC is part of Alliant Underwriting Solutions, the program administrator group of Alliant Insurance Services.

“Noah is an exceptional leader who understands how to connect with his team and motivate them to achieve results beyond their expectations,” said Bill Mecklenburg, Senior Managing Director of Alliant Underwriting Solutions. “His vision, work ethic, and creativity have led him to build a truly unique captive business that helps property owners mitigate their risk while generating a new and predictable source of profitability.”

POPIC specializes in structuring, forming, and managing captive insurance programs for multifamily, student housing, single family, and self-storage owners and operators. Based in Costa Mesa, California, POPIC’s risk management solutions redirect revenue streams that historically have gone to carriers or other third parties back to property owners and managers.
