Veteran insurance executive brings expertise in health, life, and disability insurance to support clients across the U.S. and Canada
IRVINE, CA — Alliant Insurance Services is pleased to welcome Rob Fast as Executive Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. A recognized leader in the insurance industry, he brings decades of hands on experience and a proven record of delivering innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients. Based in Portland, Maine, Fast will leverage his broad background in health, life, and disability insurance, along with reinsurance expertise, to enhance Alliant’s client offerings, drive new initiatives, and provide strategic guidance to organizations of all sizes across the U.S. and Canada.

Fast’s career spans a wide range of industry disciplines, including product development, distribution, portfolio management, and reinsurance treaty structuring. He also has extensive experience evaluating and managing underwriting, claims, financial, and operational risks to ensure long-term stability and performance. Fast’s leadership background includes guiding organizations through profitable expansion by aligning culture, operations, talent, and financial strategy.
Prior to joining Alliant, Fast was Executive Vice President with a global insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm, where he served as North America lead for the life, accident, and health reinsurance business segment.
Fast earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
