Alford’s arrival signals continued expansion for Alliant’s Employee Benefits Group throughout the Rocky Mountain region
IRVINE, CA — Tina Alford has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Salt Lake City, Alford will focus on supporting organizations throughout the Rocky Mountain region by designing and deploying comprehensive employee benefits strategies and solutions.
“Tina brings deep and broad-based experience with employee-focused benefits solutions and combines that experience with business acumen and understanding,” said Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits. “Her healthcare experience gives her additional insights that help her see beyond what’s happening now and interpret trends going forward.”
With more than two decades of experience in sales, consulting, and relationship management, Alford has established a track record of success that includes maintaining and improving client relationships and building client satisfaction. By identifying challenges and opportunities within organizations, and then looking for ways to spark positive outcomes, she helps businesses and employees develop and grow.
Prior to joining Alliant, Alford was a Principal with an international insurance, benefits, and consulting firm. She also has experience as a business development professional in the payroll and technology industries.
