Aspen Park is a community of single family homes. 3 model homes were built in 2024, 36 new units in 2025, 35 new units in 2026, 29 new units in 2027. This project provides the community a more affordable level of single-family home.

The Challenges
Approval of the Aspen Park project at the city level, while challenging, was a testament to the determination and collaboration of all involved. Despite the hurdles of navigating administration, addressing local concerns, and ensuring alignment with city infrastructure plans, the project’s clear importance in addressing the housing shortage created a strong case for pushing the project forward.
The Technology
Aspen Park models and subsequent-homes will be built using advanced and sustainable technologies that reflect a commitment to both efficiency and environmental responsibility. Packaged lumber drops were utilized to streamline construction, reducing waste and ensuring timely material delivery. Solar panels were installed on every home, providing renewable energy and lowering utility costs for residents while reducing the community’s carbon footprint. Additionally, hot water on-demand systems were incorporated into each home, offering energy-efficient solutions that conserve water and reduce energy consumption. The project also emphasized sustainability by recycling 65% of all construction debris, minimizing landfill use and promoting eco-friendly practices.
