The Challenges

Constructing the Central & Adams Hotel in the heart of downtown presented significant challenges due to limited space for staging, deliveries and equipment. Surrounding businesses, active roadways and pedestrian traffic further restricted site access and required careful planning. The project team overcame these obstacles with detailed logistics management, phased scheduling and close coordination with city officials to minimize disruption while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout construction.
