Meet Teresa
Teresa Black is a dynamic construction surety leader with over 25 years of insurance industry experience. After earning her Master of Business Administration in Finance, Teresa began her career in surety underwriting, a field that complemented her interests in financial analysis and her desire to better understand the people, cultures and strategies of construction companies.
Teresa’s extensive underwriting experience was a strategic asset as she transitioned into leadership, helping to shape business strategy and drive profitable growth.
Throughout her career, Teresa has been inspired by the diversity of perspectives and experiences within construction companies and the collaborative, inclusive environment cultivated by the industry.
