About Hillary Neal
Hillary Neal is the Risk Manager and Paralegal for LGI Homes, Inc., which as of 2024, is the 15th largest homebuilder in the US according to Builder Magazine. With this unique, hybrid position, Hillary is responsible for managing critical segments of LGI’s business such as legal operations, risk management and safety, while promoting efficiency within these departments, and ensuring the safety of LGI’s employees, subcontractors, and customers.
Hillary has worked for LGI for 7 and a half years and has more than 12 years’ combined experience in the real estate industry. Prior to her role at LGI, Hillary held various roles in the legal and real estate industries, including; commercial and consumer real estate transactions and lending, property management and various positions in the legal field.
Hillary earned her BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University, and she currently maintains a CRIS designation from IRMI as well as an ARM designation from The Institutes. Hillary resides in North Houston with her husband, son, two dogs and cat. She loves traveling, going to concerts, reading books and eating adventurous, delicious food!
