Alliant Celebrates Women in Construction

March 2 - 8, 2025

"I think from a diversity perspective, I had women come before me in this industry and they helped pave the way and that’s what I can contribute now, to help pave the way for the next generation of women in this workforce."

Shirley Forer: Women In Construction 2025

"What I appreciate about construction is just the dynamic nature of this industry. What is one day maybe a vacant parcel of land in 24 months could be a beautiful high rise building or a shopping mall".
