ASCEND in Practice

ASCEND is an operator-driven, roundtable forum designed for professional conversation and continued operational improvement. Bi-monthly virtual meetings cover member-selected topics and follow a focused, action-oriented format. Each session highlights key industry trends and includes a focused discussion on operational topics such as DVIR compliance, driver fatigue, camera-based coaching, seasonal exposures, enforcement trends and legal developments. Members share proven tactics to address current and past challenges that are ready for immediate implementation by other members experiencing similar issues.
