Based in New York, Ehrlich brings extensive experience advising private equity firms, family offices and strategic investors on complex transactional risk insurance solutions, due diligence and risk management strategies.
Ehrlich specializes in identifying, structuring and delivering insurance products and customized risk solutions that support sophisticated investment transactions and portfolio management objectives. As a pioneer in transactional risk and M&A insurance solutions, and as a former M&A attorney, Ehrlich advises clients on representations and warranties, tax and tax credit insurance, and other M&A-related risk solutions designed to help investors reduce their exposure.

Ehrlich graduated from Columbia University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law.
