Emmeline Kuo and Tim (Chi-Fan) Wei named Break Out Award winners by Business Insurance, recognizing the next generation of insurance industry leaders
IRVINE, CA — Business Insurance has named Emmeline Kuo and Tim Wei from Alliant Insurance Services as 2025 Break Out Award winners. The recognition showcases insurance industry professionals who are on track to lead the risk management and property and casualty fields into the future.
Emmeline Kuo is an Assistant Vice President, Account Executive, within Alliant Construction. She brokers and designs innovative insurance solutions that drive exceptional client outcomes while navigating construction clients through today’s ever-evolving marketplace. Emmeline plays a pivotal role in expanding the presence of Alliant Construction in the Northeast, coordinating representatives from risk control, claims, surety and the insurance servicing team to secure the most comprehensive coverage for clients.
Tim Wei is an Assistant Vice President, Actuary, with over a decade of experience in the property and casualty landscape. As an actuarial innovator, Tim leads a specialized analytics team in developing advanced dashboarding and modeling tools, yielding agile, data-driven insights that enhance decision-making for clients. Tim is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow in the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS).
