Alliant Insurance Services Opens Honolulu Office, Hires Chad Karasaki as Managing Director and Michael Grossi as Executive Vice President

IRVINE, CA — Alliant Insurance Services today announces it has opened an office in Honolulu, Hawaii, the firm’s second office location in the state alongside Hilo. Joining Alliant Specialty in Honolulu, Chad Karasaki, Managing Director, and Michael Grossi, Executive Vice President, bring decades of experience addressing the unique risk challenges specific to Hawaii-based businesses.

Karasaki will lead the Honolulu office and focus on growing Alliant’s footprint in the Hawaii market. With a focus on hospitality, retail, construction and development, and public entity, Karasaki understands the holistic and evolving risk landscape in Hawaii, where he has worked for most of his career. Prior to joining Alliant, Karasaki led the Hawaii operations at the nation’s leading insurance brokerages. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, he has implemented successful brokerage services and developed long-standing connections to the Hawaiian market.
Karasaki is joined in the Honolulu office by Michael Grossi, a 29+-year surety and insurance industry veteran in Hawaii. Grossi specializes in surety, OCIP and captive programs, working closely with contractors, developers and large commercial insurance accounts. Grossi has also held Hawaii-based leadership positions at the nation’s leading insurance brokerages.
