Bringing Multiple MUSC Health Services Under One Roof
The MUSC Health Bluffton Medical Pavilion is a three-story 54,000-square-foot medical office building designed to expand access to specialized healthcare across Beaufort, Jasper and Hampton counties. Located at 700 Buckwalter Towne Boulevard, the pavilion consolidates multiple existing MUSC clinics under one roof while introducing new services such as oncology and infusion care, pediatric primary and urgent care, pulmonary and sleep medicine, vascular care and laboratory services.
A Modern Destination Contributing to the Vibrancy of Downtown Phoenix
The Central & Adams Hotel is a new hospitality development designed to meet growing demand for accommodations in the city’s downtown area. Developed to enhance local tourism and support business travelers, conferences and events, the hotel strengthens the city’s ability to attract visitors while creating a modern destination that contributes to the vibrancy of downtown. Designed by Gensler, the project combines architectural excellence with thoughtful planning to deliver a world-class facility that elevates the city’s hospitality landscape.
Largest Residential Subcontractor in Arizona
Wallcon was founded in 2008, focusing on production slabs for production homebuilders. Since then, Wallcon established itself as the largest residential subcontractor in Arizona, with services to include Concrete, Plumbing, Framing, Door & Trim, Grading, and Construction Disposal, Bedding & Shading, R & R, and Pavers. Wallcon's focus is on providing service with integrity, honesty and value long-term relationships with our employees, customers, and vendors. We are honored to serve Arizona’s finest home builders.
EnergyAid
The Solar Inverter Home Installation project was completed by EnergyAid to restore functionality to a homeowner’s solar system after a critical equipment failure. The original inverter had stopped working, forcing the homeowner back onto costly utility power and the original installer was no longer available due to bankruptcy. EnergyAid procured and installed a compatible replacement inverter, reconfigured the system and established new monitoring capabilities, returning the home to energy independence and long-term reliability.

Construction Appreciation Week, the third week of September, celebrates, acknowledges and thanks the more than 11 million hardworking men and women in the industry who contribute to the development of America’s infrastructure, facilities, products and services.
Construction Appreciation Week brings together the entire industry, regardless of company size or specialty, and shows appreciation for the work they do every day. It touches people at all levels, from students thinking about joining the industry to current professionals to company leadership.

Ensuring the Future of Construction Professionals
Alliant is proud to support the AGC Education and Research Foundation, which provides scholarships to students enrolled in accredited construction management or construction related engineering programs.
Encouraging young talent to join the construction field is crucial to the future of the industry and Alliant is thrilled to help ensure that students across the country are provided the assistance they need to continue their education.
Through endowments made by AGC members and supporters, as well as AGC Chapters, the Foundation is able to give 150 or more undergraduate and graduate scholarships each year to deserving students.
