In honor of National Women in Construction Week™, Alliant is proud to highlight women working in the construction industry who push through boundaries and inspire the people around them.
We sat down with each of these women to learn about their careers, what motivates them, and what advice they have for future generations of women in construction.

NAWIC has over 115 chapters throughout the United States and continues the vision of its founding members by advocating for the value and impact of women builders, professionals and tradeswomen in all aspects of the construction industry. NAWIC held the first WIC Week™ in 1998 and it has grown and expanded each year since.
